BarOS

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

This privacy policy applies to the BarOS app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Haycraft Studios LLC (collectively, the "Application"). Haycraft Studios LLC is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information you provide directly, as well as some information automatically, in order to provide its core features.

Information you provide directly: - Email address (used for account creation and login) - Shift and earnings data you choose to log, including hours worked, hourly wage, tips (credit card, cash, indirect, tip-outs), gross sales, and venue/payroll group names you create - Free-text notes you enter for shifts - Custom cocktail recipes and notes you create - Cocktails you mark as favorites

Information collected automatically: - Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address - Basic device and operating system information - App usage information (e.g., crash logs) needed to keep the Application running reliably

A note on shift and earnings data: BarOS is a tool for bartenders to privately track their own work information, which may include sensitive details such as income and employer or venue names that you choose to enter. This data is stored under your individual account, is never sold, and is never shared publicly or with other users. It is visible only to you (and to the Service Provider and its infrastructure providers as described below, solely to operate the Application). You can edit or permanently delete any shift, venue, or custom cocktail entry at any time from within the Application.

How Your Data Is Stored

The Application uses the following third-party infrastructure providers to operate:

These providers act as data processors on behalf of the Service Provider and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking/analytics SDKs. Any technical identifiers used by the infrastructure providers listed above are used solely to support login sessions and core app functionality.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. The Application includes a built-in Delete Account feature (in the Profile tab) that permanently and immediately deletes your account, shift data, favorites, and profile information. You may also contact the Service Provider directly at support@barosapp.co to exercise these rights.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share your personal information. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at support@barosapp.co.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider's infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider relies on the safeguards implemented by its infrastructure providers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Third Party Disclosure

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. The Service Provider may disclose information:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it and deleting your account using the in-app Delete Account feature. Uninstalling alone stops future data collection but does not delete data already stored; use Delete Account to fully remove your data.

Data Retention

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 21, consistent with its subject matter (alcoholic beverage recipes and hospitality industry tools). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and access-controlled database policies (Row Level Security) that ensure your data is only accessible to your own account.

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify affected users in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Changes to This Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
